2. How We Use Your Information

These providers have their own privacy practices and make their own eligibility, underwriting, pricing, and approval decisions.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee funding or approval. A funding provider must obtain any authorization legally required before making a credit inquiry; visiting our website alone does not authorize one.
Credit report information (FCRA)
Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry obtained through our funding partner, 7 Figures Funding (7FC), with your written authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, given on the application. 7FC's privacy policy governs that connection. We use credit information only for the purpose you authorize, do not sell it, and limit access to those assisting you. Our application does not collect Social Security numbers. Any lender hard inquiry requires your separate authorization. You have the right to see your credit file, dispute inaccurate information with the bureau, and get free reports at annualcreditreport.com.
4. Credit-Repair and Related Referral Services
If available funding programs do not appear suitable, we may offer information about independent credit-improvement, credit-repair, financial education, or related services.
When you request or authorize a referral, we may share information reasonably necessary for that referral, such as your name, contact information, funding objectives, services requested, and relevant credit-related information where authorized and legally permitted. Referrals may be transmitted through APIs, webhooks, or other authorized electronic systems.
We may receive compensation for qualifying referrals. If a referral arrangement is considered a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we will provide legally required disclosures and honor applicable opt-out rights.
Referral partners operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies and communication obligations. Your consent to receive SMS marketing from Everdream Funding is not transferred to a referral partner. Each partner must obtain any consent required for its own marketing or automated communications.
We do not guarantee that credit-repair services will improve credit scores, remove accurate negative information, or result in funding approval.
5. SMS Messaging and Mobile Communications
Messages and consent
If you provide the required consent, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, inquiry responses, application updates, service information, educational content, or promotional SMS messages, depending on the program you joined. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or funding assistance. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize promotional texts.
Frequency, charges, and opt-out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; you may receive a final confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance or email legal@everdreamfunding.com.
Mobile information privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with subcontractors providing support services, including customer service and messaging delivery, solely as needed to provide those services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information submitted through these tools may be processed by authorized technology providers on our behalf.
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate and are not financial, legal, or other professional advice. Automated communications remain subject to applicable consent and consumer-protection requirements.

We may use service providers for customer relationship management, website hosting, email and SMS delivery, appointment scheduling, payment processing, analytics, advertising, automation, storage, security, application processing, and support. Our systems may include GoHighLevel and its associated providers.
We may also share information with professional advisers, as part of a lawful business transaction, or when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Service providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their services.
